Another amazing day at our annual Show, blessed with glorious weather!

By lunch time our Village Show Field was packed to bursting with more visitors than we have ever seen before, a record attendance exceeding all expectations.

We are so grateful to all those who support our event, whether with cattle, sheep, horses or the 2,000 entries in our Industrial Marquee. Our thanks also to the trade exhibitors who support us each year and a particular welcome to those who came for the first time, we hope you had a successful day. With masses of entertainment in the Main Ring and around the field our visitors both young and old will have found plenty to enjoy as the day progressed.

Our Agricultural Society is extremely proud to be part of the Dalston Village Festival bringing the weeklong event to a conclusion. It is great to have so much support from the village and the surrounding community.

Work now starts on the 2019 event which will be staged on the 10th August when we hope everyone will return for another Dalston Show.
